General terms and conditions
Reservations
Reservations / reservations are obliging, as soon as they are confirmed by the accomodation company in writing (by fax, email or letter). The traveller undertakes to the accomodation company discrepancies in the reservation / reservation confirmation within 3 days on receipt of to inform.
Cancellations
The traveller can withdraw up to the achievement beginning any time by written explanation compared with the accomodation company from the booked achievement. s The accomodation company renounces all or part the cancellation fee if complete or partially booked achievements are taken up by other guests.
Payments
Single traveller and groups to 9 people:
The achievements taken up by the traveller of the accomodation company are to be paid at the latest at the time of the departure against calculation or receipt on site
Groups more than 9 people:
50% of the costs / to booked achievements of the accomodation company are to be transferred 15 days before achievement beginning against calculation to our account. It is worth the payment entrance on the company - account. Remaining 50% of the costs are to be paid with achievement beginning in cash or by transfer to our account. It is worth the payment entrance on the company - account.
Liability
The accomodation company sticks towards the travellers so far a damage of him or his fulfilment assistants deliberately or roughly negligently is caused.
Legal venue
Legal venue is the company place of the accomodation company, because the achievements at the place of the accomodation company are produced.
Prices
The prices are variable with exhibition Fair / event / to holidays and also on week-ends.
House order
Office hours:
Our office is open from 8 o'clock. By telephone we are constantly accessible under the known telephone numbers.
Arrival and departure:
Our rooms are ready for occupation on the arrival day from 14 o'clock. On the departure day we ask you to leave the rooms till 11 o'clock. They can deposit your luggage with us if you liked to arrive before or undertake something else on the departure day. With a journey after 20.00 o'clock (late journey), please answer give.
Key / doors:
Every Guest gets one key for the main door and one key for the room door. Do not forget please to deliver the room key before departure. With loss of the room key or the main door key a fee of 35€ is raised.
Rest times:
Rest times are in the time between from 13 to 15 o'clock, as well as from 22 to 7 o'clock. Disturbances of the peace of the neighbours are to be avoided.
Breakfast:
Breakfast time is from 8 to 10 o'clock. If you wanted before loose, arrange this please with us.
Emergency:
Should there be an emergency, you can alarm with the emergency call phone before the office the police (110) or the fire brigade / ambulance (112). If necessary you inform us please immediate less than 11.
Liability:
Please, no money or valuables in the rooms leave. The company assumes no liability for bicycles on the court.
Groups:
The contact person and advisor of a group is responsible for
the actions of the group.
Damages:
Damages to the building, the furniture or other interiors have to be paid for by the person who caused them.
